Tungsram’s Advanced Materials team joined forces on May 5-7 at Cleveland, Ohio’s International Exposition Center to introduce the Tungsram brand to thousands of global industry leaders during the annual Ceramics Expo.
Considered the leading annual supply chain exhibition and conference for technical ceramics, glass materials, manufacturing and components, the show drew industry leaders, engineers, decision makers and buyers from the entire advanced ceramics and glass supply chain, as well as end-user OEMs. This environment also enabled the team to gain exposure to thousands of potential customers, partners and existing clients. The team was available to network with global representatives and gain an understanding of the latest manufacturing processes, technological advances and material trends.
Global Product Manager, Advanced Materials & Services Division, Attila Kürthy and Business Development Manager, Josef Mezei joined, Jeff Forstyk, Transition and Operations Leader of Automotive & Advanced Materials and Services, Tungsram U.S, on site to facilitate key meetings. Mr. Forstyk, Mr. Kürthy and Mr. Mezei met with 3M, Saint-Gobain Ceramic Materials, INSACO, and Nabltec to prospect opportunities and to debut the Tungsram Advanced Material Division to the global market. On what sets Tungsram apart from competitors, Mr. Kürthy mentioned, “Our operation is versatile, which enables us to provide complete solutions to our customers. As a mid-sized company, we can focus more on new customers. The size of the company also helps us to re-invest in new areas.”
There was considerable interest in the new booth.
